1. Opening Remarks : June-Key Chung, M.D., Chairman

Dr. June-Key Chung officially called the meeting to order.
He reminded that the Delegate Assembly of ARCCNM is a high functional body and currently ARCCNM has 18 member states.
The provisional agenda was approved by delegate members.

2. Report of the ARCCNM Activities : Chairman, ARCCNM

Dr. June-Key Chung briefly presented a report of the current activities of the ARCCNM including the changes of some delegate members and financial report for the year of 2005.

At this 4th Annual General Meeting of ARCCNM, 141 abstracts were collected and 56 participants were awarded ARCCNM grant.

Regarding the Sponsorship of ARCCNM, Dr. Chung requested that each delegate member should contact their manufacturer or related industrial companies to support the ARCCNM.

3. Report of the ASNM Activities : Felix X. Sundram, M.D., Dean, ASNM

Dr. Sundram retired from Singapore and has difficulties in continuing to serve as a Dean of ASNM. He suggested to change the Dean of ASNM and recommended Dr. Tanada as a new Dean of ASNM. Delegate members agreed with the changes of Dean of ASNM and approved the appointment of new Dean.

4. Changes of ARCCNM Organizing Committee

According to the ARCCNM constitution, the term of ARCCNM Chairman is two year and new Chairman shall be selected every two year at the Delegate Assembly. And the new chairman shall appoint a Secretary General/Treasurer and 6-10 members of the Organizing Committee, which shall be approved by Delegate Assembly.

Dr. June-Key Chung requested opinion of delegate members for the selection of new Chairman, and Dr. Phan Sy An proposed that Dr. June-Key Chung would continue his chairmanship for another term. Every delegate members unanimously agreed that Dr. Chung would serve as a Chairman one more term and Dr. Chung accepted it honorably.

In order to reorganize the Organizing Committee, Dr. June-Key Chung will request delegate members to recommend new members of Organizing Committee after the meeting.

5. Next meetings

Dr. June-Key Chung reminded that it was already decided that the 5th Annual General meeting will be held in conjunction with the 9th World Congress of WFNMB in October, 2006. And he informed that ARCCNM grant will be given to the ARCCNM members.

They moved to discuss the host country for the 3rd Organizing Committee meeting in 2006. Dr. June-Key Chung asked delegate members to nominate the host country for the meeting. Dr. Phan Sy An, the president of Vietnam Society of Nuclear Medicine, proposed that they wish to host the meeting in Hanoi in May, 2006 and all delegate members approved Vietnam as a host country for the 3rd Organizing Committee meeting. The detailed schedule for the meeting will be discussed later between Chairman and Vietnam Society.

6. Others

Dr. Ram Krishna Shrestha expressed that they wish to host a meeting of ARCCNM in Nepal. Dr. Chung commented that it would be possible to have an Organizing Committee meeting in Nepal in 2006 or in 2007.

The Chairman declared the meeting closed.
