The 5th Annual General Meeting of ARCCNM
in conjunction with 9th World Congress of Nuclear Medicine and Biology
The ARCCNM 5th Annual General Meeting will be held from October 22 to 27, 2006 in Seoul, Korea in conjunction with 9th World Congress of Nuclear Medicine and Biology. We do not have ARCCNM’s Annual Meeting this year, but will provide financial support to the participants under the name of ARCCNM Awards.

ARCCNM Awards

Asian Regional Cooperative Council for Nuclear Medicine (ARCCNM) Awards are granted to the 50 winners with outstanding papers during the WCNMB2006. The ARCCNM has granted the awards every year which significantly contributed to the progress of nuclear medicine in Asia. We assure that the ARCCNM awards will encourage the participants who work for the nuclear medicine field in the Asia region.

Eligibility & Guidelines
 ‘ARCCNM Awards’ is pleasantly granted to 50 winners based on the quality of the papers.
A participant who is qualified for the following conditions may apply for the ‘ARCCNM Awards’ in the course of paper submission. The paper must be submitted no later than May 31, 2006 through the WCNMB2006 website, www.wfnmb.org/congress2006.
‘ARCCNM Awards’ will be given to outstanding professionals under 40 years of age at the time of the congress. It will be required to submit a copy of the passports of winners.
Duplicated application will not be accepted.
The nationalities of the participants should belong to the ARCCNM Member States. Any participants from the countries stated below are eligible to apply for the ‘ARCCNM Awards’; medical doctors or scientists in nuclear medicine field.
Eligible countries are as follows;
Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam.
Awarding of Prize
Official notification will be announced with the name of the award and the winner.
The winner will also be notified in congress proceedings and the congress website as well.
There are 3 levels with different prizes which are verified by abstract quality.
Grade A) Supporting the round trip air ticket (economy class based)
& providing 5-night Accommodations (sharing a twin room)
Grade B) Supporting the round trip air ticket (an economy class based)
Grade C) Providing 5-night Accommodations (sharing a twin room)
